Steve Dymerski Joins Advanced Assembly as Quality Assurance Manager
Advanced Assembly, a leading provider of SMT assembly services for engineers, today announced that Steve Dymerski has joined the company as Quality Assurance Manager. In this position, he will help drive quality standards throughout the company’s manufacturing processes and maintain industry-awarded quality certifications.
Dymerski is a veteran quality expert with 40 years of hands-on experience in quality, testing and manufacturing. In this new position, his responsibilities will include implementing the new ISO 9001:2015 standards; maintaining compliance with quality standards; conducting internal and external quality audits; leading employee quality training; ensuring safety procedures and much more.

Dymerski has worked in a variety of industries including aerospace, satellite, computer hardware, printed circuit assemblies, capital equipment, semiconductor, solar, medical, and automotive. Prior to coming to Advanced Assembly, he was the Quality Inspector for Alfred Manufacturing and a contract Quality Engineer for Aspen Electronics Manufacturing. Before that, he held Quality, Engineering and Managerial positions at manufacturing facilities in California and Colorado for more than 30 years.

Dymerski holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Colorado State University. He also has participated in seminars and trainings, as well as has direct experience, regarding ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485, AS9100, IPC 600 & 610, UL, CSA, ETL, FDA, RoHS, Hazmat, ASME, OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards and regulations.
