This new tool makes it faster and easier for engineers to know exactly where their PCBs are in the manufacturing process and when orders will be shipped.

Over 50% of the questions Advanced Assembly receives from customers are in regard to order status. With this new system, customers can see the status of each order as well as order number, part number, PO number, order date, order history, and additional details.

Putting this information online further improves customer service and gives engineers access to the information they need at all times.
