Track Orders Online with Advanced Assembly’s New Customer Portal
Aurora, CO – October 11, 2021 – Advanced Assembly, the pioneers of the quick-turn PCB fabrication and assembly services, today announced the availability of its new Customer Portal (http://orders.aapcb.com/login ). This new tool makes it faster and easier for engineers to know exactly where their PCBs are in the manufacturing process and when orders will be shipped.
Over 50% of the questions Advanced Assembly receives from customers are in regard to order status. With this new system, customers can see the status of each order as well as order number, part number, PO number, order date, order history, and additional details.
Putting this information online further improves customer service and gives engineers access to the information they need at all times.
Customers will automatically be sent log-in credentials once they place an order. Additionally, customers can email sales@aapcb.com to be set-up.
